OUR STORY
Founded in 1966 by Vince Karpinski (more fondly referred to as Ojciec - Polish for father), the Manville Pastry Shoppe has been creating baked goods for New Jersey's Somerset County for over 50 years! The bakery has been passed down through the family and continues to be run by the latest generation of Karpinskis.
We follow traditional recipes, focusing on fresh ingredients and using the same machines Ojciec used. This has allowed us to maintain high standards in both quality and taste which make us the number one choice for our customers.
